About the Role:
Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College is seeking a motivated Career and Employability Officer to join our team starting March 1st, 2025, or as soon as possible. Reporting to the Head of Academic Support & Integrity, this role will be key in helping students achieve their career goals through guidance, industry connections, and employability services. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has strong ties to the industry, a good network, knowledge of the Danish job market, and a proactive approach to supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored career advice, including CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and industry partners to create internship and job opportunities.
- Coordinate student placements in internships and work experience, tracking outcomes and gathering feedback.
- Support students in pursuing postgraduate programs, offering guidance on program selection, application processes, and potential pathways.
- Collect and report on data related to student placements, career events, and employability outcomes.
- Organize workshops and events to develop students’ professional skills and employability.
- Stay informed on job market trends to offer relevant career guidance and ensure alignment with employer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in career services, education, business, human resources, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in career coaching, employability support, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and the job market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain and report data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
- A talent for cultural understanding and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues and students from Europe, Asia, and around the world.
- Danish work and residence permit, if applicable.

Employment
Employment will be secured as per the collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the AC trade union.
